Wake up, eat, sleep, repeat...
Wake up, eat, sleep, repeat...
Wake up, eat, sleep...UGH!
The German Shepherd groaned miserably as she walked through the maze of broken down cars. Wake up, eat, and sleep...wasn't there more to life then just all of that nonsense being repeated over and over again?! Aysinia shook violently small specks of dirt were sent flying from her pelt and onto the remains of what used to be a pretty fancy car.
Aysinia whimpered pathetically as she leaps onto the top of said car and laid down. No one knew of this mysterious shepherd dog. Her past was a mystery even to herself. So she's spent most of her life trying to figure out the answers to her forgotten past but with no success. Was it too much to ask for some answers around here?! Aysinia sighed again as she drifted off into a troublesome slumber. All the while thinking, 'Why can't I remember my past? Who am I really? And where do I belong'
Then it was happening again. The mundane pattern...
Wake up, eat, sleep, repeat...

"Listen kid! If you don't stop pissin' around with us, your gonna end up pushing up the daisies! Get it!?" growled a big brute of a pitbull. His small pack of six were working their way around the Interrogatee. He was now surrounded by the group of junkyard dogs. Only a smooth mouth and fast feet were going to get him out of this situation alive.
"Pissin' around Biggsie? I'm afraid I don't know what your talking about." the dog sincerely responded, deciding to play it dumb. "It really hurts me think that you wouldn't trust me to share my scraps with your lot of fine gentlemen."
"Look Chauncey, may I call you that?" the pitbull asked.
"You know it's Chance." the Shepherd cut in.
"I know your a smart kid. We offered our services and got rid of those strays for you. We all know they would eventually have caught up with you and tore you limb from limb. All we ask in return is that you give up half of your findings." the pitbull Biggs explained to the dog, "Now, you have to know that we won't hesitate to tear up your worthless pathetic hide if your not doing your part of the deal, Right!?"
"Damn, you guys are up tight. I really don't know what your talking about. If I was getting more food, I'd give it to you. You know how it is these days! It's not like I'm finding banquets that I'm gorging down myself. It's damn hard and I'm just one lowly German Shepherd. Now if you don't mind, I do have more scavenging to do!" he explained.
"Yeah? I just wanted to make sure you understood the picture. I've been hearing some things from my boys here." the leader responded, "Get outta here! I don't want to see your mug until you got a mouthful of food for us!" In response the German Shepherd bowed his head and turned the other way, cutting his exit between two brute dogs.
"You know he's lying?" one of the dogs asked, approaching the boss pitbull.
"I know that, dummy! He has way too much meat on his bones to be giving us so little rations. Besides, didn't you see him with your own eyes?"
"Yes." one of the dogs responded, “Hording a nice bit of food all to himself!"
"Then you all know what to do?" the pitbull asked, every dog in the group nodding their heads. Each charging off in the direction of the German Shepherd.
Luckily Chance caught ear of the approaching paws, taking one glance back before deciding that it was due time to high tail it outta there. Speedily he began cutting through the maze of scrap metal walls. Climbing over cars and other obstacles as he made left turns and right turns. It was only a matter of time before most of the dogs lost sight of him.
"Which way did they go?"
"Why you asking me, you were in front!"
"I don't know! Just go that way, I'll go this way!"
Two of the faster dogs were still on the Shepherd's trail, speedy dogs that Chance simply could not shake. Sparking an idea, he lunged straight into a wall of scrap metal. Climbing up the massive mountain of rusty metal. The two dogs followed his lead up the big pile. Chance was careful as he climbed, trying not to get stuck or cut himself on rusty metal. Once at the top, he turned to face the pair. "Hey! Boneheads! Look out below!" he yelled, positioning himself between a car and a large piece of scrap metal. With all his force he pushed between the two, shoving the scrap metal down with his hind legs.
The two dogs looked up in horror as the scrap metal came rolling down bringing all kinds of junk with it. Chance didn't wait to see the results, he turned and ran down the other side. Cutting lefts and rights again to make sure he lost track of the band of dogs. Eventually he slowed down to a steady pace as he headed towards the exit.
"Heh...just another day, eh! No boneheads are gonna snuff me out." He said to himself just before catching site of a figure up atop one of the scrap cars. It was a German Shepherd like himself, besides one of the boneheads in that lot, this one was the only one he'd seen after his parents abandoned him. "Well hello!" he called out, "Just wake up from a nap, eh?"

"Holy crap!" Aysinia yelped as she jerked herself awake, she had been awaken so abruptly when she heard the almighty crash of some of the scrap cars. Her ears perked up and eyes narrowed as she looked around. Something wasn't right. There was someone watching her. Suddenly a voice echoed from on top of another car. She gasped as she looked to the source of the voice. She looked at the shepherd dog and sighed. For a moment there she thought it was one of those pit bull thugs that thought they owned the joint.
Aysinia shuddered as she remembered her first run in with those punks. She was cornered in between two large piles of junk and they were getting ready to tear her apart. Luckily for her, the two pits who had cornered her weren't big on brains and she somehow managed to get away uninjured. Meanwhile they were so mixed up, it was so pathetic and funny at the same time! From then on, she thought it to be best that she avoided the pit bull pack as best as she can.
Aysinia nodded as she leaped onto the ground. She was sniffing the air. She could smell the other dogs and she didn't like it one bit. Then she heard a gruff voice and she tensed up. Then a big brute of a pit bull walked into the picture. Aysinia looked at him, then the shepherd and back again. She did not like the infuriated look on the pit's face. "Hey what's your problem?!" She snarled as she walked in front of the pit bull. She had no idea what she was getting herself into...

Before Chauncey could get a response from the femme, Biggs, the brutish pit bull walked into the picture. Pissed off and determined that he or one of his boys would ice the Shepherd dog. Chance followed the femme's lead and caught sight of old Biggs. He dropped his head in tiresome disbelief, Jeez, no chance to rest huh? Just give up already, your not gonna catch me.
"Oh hey, Wait." Chance called, raising his head as the fae approached the boss dog. "Ya really shouldn't get yourself involved in this, I mean..." No use, she kept on walking until she was face to face with Biggs. Chance stopped a few feet behind, he wanted to be in running distance. No point in getting yourself in a fight if you could skip out.
"My Problem?!" Biggs responded, "I don't got a problem, just some business to deal with, so get outta my way!" he shouted, though the fae stood her ground. Only then did he look down at her, now distracted from his target. She was the same breed as the scoundrel he was dealing with. "Who the heck are you anyway? Relative? Mom? Sister?...Nahhhh...that boy ain’t got no family, they all pushin' up daisies like he'll be doin' soon!" He grinned, two big black dogs from his group approached from behind, standing at their boss' side incase he needed some backup. "Listen sweet heart, Don't go puttin' your neck on the line for that mutt!" he advised, "I know him, He'll double-cross you in a heartbeat if he can benefit from it. So why don'tcha just step aside?"
"Hey now!" Chance called out, catching the last part of what the pit had to say. "First of all...!"
"Shut up, nobody was talkin' to ya'!" Biggs called over the femme's shoulder, interrupting Chance.
"First of all, Did you say you knew me?" Chance continued with a chuckle, "You don't know nothing about be Biggsie! I might be a scoundrel but I'd never double-cross anybody but you...seen as how I like yah so much!"
"Liar! Your a smooth talking thief who'd steal from a new born pup. Why else would we have to snuff out the other dogs that were after your hide, huh?!" the pit bull called out.
"Misunderstanding, just a bunch of boneheads who were too pissed off for their own good." Chance responded from behind the femme, "Don't listen to this guy, miss, he doesn't know what he's talking about."

“I don’t think so.” Aysinia growled as he looked at the three dogs trying to determine if she could out run them or beat them in a fight. She took a quick peek back at the other shepherd. He was a good distance behind her. Humph…chicken!
Then the two began to argue with each other. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth…it got old very quick. Aysinia let out a booming bark that made the others flinch. Aysinia just smirked. Everyone was surprised how loud she could bark. Her small frame was very good at sucker punching unsuspecting enemies. They all thought she was a weakling, wouldn’t last a minute in a fight! Then she’d turn around and beat the tar outta them. It gave the femme great pleasure seeing them flabbergasted and running away with their tail tucked between their legs.
“I don’t care!” Aysinia growled savagely gaining indignant and infuriated glares. “Killing him isn’t the right way to deal with this! If he really has done you wrong, then you should talk it out! And until ya’ll are ready to talk about it like big dogs, then why don’t you shove off?!” the shepherd snarled as she spat right into Biggs’ face. This was her area and she was not gonna tolerate this crap!
