Just up from the beach are flat rocks that have been smoothed out from the waters coming in and out from high tide to low tide. Here is where you can find some of the pups playing and chasing each other in a game of tag. Most of the mother wolves are laying further up to where they have a birds eye view of their young ones playing and just having a good time. Sometimes you can catch a few of the males here just lounging around and being lazy old males. But just be careful for where there are males there is always trouble.
