anyway, Savage River and Haden Valley are allies. what does this mean?

well, there's a few things, actually:

• The packs can move freely through each other's lands. HV members must allow SR members through, and vice-versa.
  
  
• Angrboda is our stand-in Alphess. This means that she is to be given the same respect as any HV Alphess would receive. She is not Gavin's mate.
  
  
• Any problem females will, after the second warning, be sent to Angrboda for discipline. Failure to report to SR for this will result in a rank suspension/expulsion.
