LotusClan, SquallClan and AridClan were at peace for many moons, but all good things come to an end...

Icarus came like the spring rain; a soft, mysterious aura surrounded him but no one thought that he meant any harm to the Clans. He visited each of the Clans, appearing innocent and naive of their traditions and promising to respect their Warrior Code; however, Icarus knew more than he was letting on. He was a charming rogue that could talk a cat into doing anything, and this was an ability that he took great advantage of. He talked kits, barely old enough to leave their mothers, and apprentices into leaving their Clans and joining his.

This was how LunarClan came to be.

LunarClan stood against the beliefs of the Clan cats, a symbol of disrespect against the stars, the moon and even StarClan, itself. Icarus trained the young cats, taking his sweet time and making sure that the older apprentices shared the skills they had learned in their former Clans. LunarClan would have the skills of all the Clans, and they would be invincible. LotusClan, SquallClan and AridClan did not want to attack LunarClan, for fear of hurting the young cats, to they plotted more subtly, trying to find a way to break apart LunarClan without killing any of the young cats.Little did they know, Icarus still hadn't revealed his reason for the creation of LunarClan...
