ADVERTISING CONTEST.
yes eager members of halo, there is an advertising contest! however, with such contests, there are some rules and explanations that i will lay out as best as i can. we will be strictly advertising, no affiliations because that requires staff editing side boards and that gets hectic, plus, that's tilly's job. the contest is open, and post your links in this topic!
RULES & REGULATIONS;
a few rules, first, read their advertising rules, if they have a form, fill it out, if not, use our advert. do not be rude or discourteous, and prove links using this format [*url=link here] site name here. [*/url] you have to remove the stars in order for it to work. if you do not provide links, you will not be considered whatsoever. we need proof that you advertised. there is a minimum of sites advertised on, and that will be 35 sites. it may seem alot, but if we only get three people entering, it's a waste of prizes.
also, CHECK WHO HAS ADVERTISED WHERE. i will probably keep a list of who advertising where here, but they are providing a list of links so you can look for yourself. no bitching that someone advertising there already, find another site and advertise there. also, DO NOT ADVERTISE ON A SITE THAT YOU OWN, so not fair and you might be disqualified. do not, advertise in c-box's or chat boxes or shout boxes or whatever, whatsoever. also, try and check if they have advertised or affiliated with us already. i don't want nasty complaints. EDIT:[/size] RIGHT THEN, PEOPLE. there's been a problem. two of them, actually. apparently, we have advertised MULTIPLE times on two different sites. that means that i now have to go back through all of your adverts and figure out who did it. i am deleting the respective advertising links from BOTH/EVERYONE who posted there. you need to be careful. if you have to search through 10+ pages to find our advert, then do so. but if ONE MORE site admin has to come to our c-box and complain, everyone is in trouble. [/size] MONEY PRIZE EXPLANATION;
okay, because this is kinda confusing, i'm going to explain it here. for second and third prize, you get money included with whatever else is there. if the second and third winner advertised on 45-50 sites, they get 2,000, if they advertised on 50-65, then 3,000, 65-80 sites, 4,000, 80-100 sites, 5,000, and 100+ is 8 or 10,000. if you go over 200 and such, then it goes on and such, but if you advertise that much you'll prolly get first prize. In order to live, you can't fend for yourself. You need to depend on others and work together, toward a common goal.
