Indeed they can.
Note- this is NOT the correct place to go to if you have a suggestion about I should run HV- leave that to PM's, please! But, yes, I will take all suggestions seriously. (:
However, you are at the proper place if you:
- Are requesting permission to have pups/adopt a pup in, or are announcing that you have a mate,
- Are leaving HV for any reason,
- You feel that your character needs a different position,
- You recently became a member, and need to establish that first foundation of trust. Yes, the more your character posts with mine, the more likely your chances are of getting a higher position.
*Note: If you are making the effort to meet up with my character, but for some reason I can't get around to it, the effort itself is worthwhile and will be noted. I promise (:[/size][/font]
