Downtown Virilea.

Downtown Virilea, at one time it was a place you would avoid at all costs. While the rest of this majestic city was quaint and proper, this and the ghetto were the worst places to be. Prostitutes used to roam the streets during the day and the night, drug deals went down around gas stations and corner stores, crime even went down at the elementary school. It makes a wonderful playground for canines though, no boundaries to stop them, with everything abandoned and unlocked, it makes for a perfect place to live.
